Setup fee = 25000/-
Ongoing monthly fee = 5000/month.
Your only other real investment is your time, you should plan to spend 10-20 hrs per week.
2. How do I make money?
You make money in a few different ways. There are 3 main revenue sources. • Selling Advertising to local business owners. We recommend a monthly fee of $149 to $199 depending on your market, we will help you determine the best pricing, but ultimately you make the final decision on pricing.
• Pay Per Click Ads. There are ad networks that will pay you a fee each time someone clicks on an ad on your Newspaper. These clicks will range from Rs 1 to Rs 100 per click depending on the ad. We help you set this up and manage this process for you.
Every single company pays a different fee, some pay a percentage and some pay a flat fee. It varies from company to company. We can explain this more on the phone.
We have already setup these arrangements, it takes about 10-15 minutes to complete the paperwork and you are instantly setup for the National Account System. 3. Who designs the ads? • National Ads are designed by those companies and provided to you in an easy to insert format.
• Local small businesses will either provide you with their ad or pay a fee for you to design the ad. If you choose to design the ad, we include the software that allows you to do this, there is no design experience needed, this program operates on a template system. Your customer picks from 100's of templates and you plug in their information, click save and then upload it into your Newspaper. Takes about 5 minutes. You can also choose to charge your customer for this or not, we recommend a Rs 500 charge.
• We can design the ads for you. The fee is Rs 500/- for us to design the ad for your client and we will change it as much as needed before they approve it. We never contact your client, they have no idea we are doing this for you. 4. How much can I make?
Simply put, we can't tell you how much YOU will make.
The average number of ad slots is around 50-60. The average price ranges from 500/mth to 10,000/-mth. Your ability to sell ads will have the greatest impact on how much money you make.
You can also sell advertising on "Special" pages like: Pet Contests, Weather, Local Happenings, Crossword etc... This is optional and there is no additional cost for this, so it is an extremely profitable addition. You can have an unlimited number of these “Sponsored” pages.
The National Ad System will also generate additional revenue, depending on how much traffic your site receives on a regular basis.
